Go buy used cars approved my request to purchase a BMW I3 REX on 9 Mar for 22 Mar delivery. Due to a conflict in my schedule go buy used cars did reschedule the delivery date to 23 Mar. Due to a winter storm hitting the northeast 20 & 21 Mar. I was informed on 22 Mar. that due to backlog due to weather my new delivery date was 3 Apr. When the car was delivered on 3 Apr. we were informed that the charging cord was not in the car when the delivery guy received from inspection. We were informed by at least 3 different customer service advisors that the cord would be overnight delivered by fedex. We finally received the cord on 10 April. I do believe go buy used cars's online car purchase process is a new approach and great concept giving customers more variety to choose from since cars are shipped nationwide, however there should be additional checks and balances to ensure the customer receives a quality product in efficient manner. I would have given 4 or 5 stars if we had not dealt with unfulfilled promises...
